Why I Love Blogging

Blogging helped me explore my individuality. The lifestyle niche is one of the broadest niches in the blogging industry and as a lifestyle blogger myself, I need to find creative ways to set my blog apart from everyone else’s. This is where my individuality comes into place in the content I write. I can stand out in the lifestyle niche by using my vulnerability as a trademark of my blog. People are more likely to come back to my blog when they see me as a friend and not just some random writer on the internet.

Blogging reminds me of my place in this world. Every blog post I put out feels so rewarding. In my tiny corner space on the internet, my blog represents my minute contribution to the world. Through my personal stories, whoever reads my posts can connect to someone and relate to them.

Why Do We Need To Wait?

Waiting is tiresome and frustrating. So many thoughts come to mind when you don’t know what to expect. It is never easy, but it is necessary. Uncertain times are always present. They are there to test our patience and perseverance to keep going, and without these difficulties, we have no way of measuring our strengths. Our dreams do not come true once we believe or manifest them to come alive.

When we wait, we wait for God’s intercession. We trust in His perfect timing and do not demand Him to fit His plans according to ours. When we wait, we accept the unpredictability of life— how tables can turn in a blink of an eye, when you least expect it. We fully surrender our cares and worries to God, because He is the creator and designer of our fate.

Being pregnant, no matter what age, is a whole new adventure. It’s something truly special to think a human life is living inside you; that you are mainly responsible for that life; and that no matter the circumstance, nothing on this earth can break that bond. Pregnancy is a phase in life that may or may not come to you, may it be of personal choice or the will of God, but one thing’s for sure: it’s something no one is really ever ready for.

Nevertheless, this pandemic broke us so we may be transformed. Little did we know, we were changing for the better albeit slowly. Even in the harshest conditions, there is a comforting prospect waiting for you to notice it. At first, I thought everything was going south and there’s no point to reach my dreams at all, but I was wrong. I was too naïve to realize that this tragedy is a painful yet necessary encounter to clear the obstructions along the way. It had to happen so I could gain insights from this experience that I wouldn’t have gotten elsewhere. It reminded me that this life is transient, so I must make the most of this borrowed time.
