My First Pregnancy Journal Per Trimester: Highs & Lows, Symptoms, Realizations

The highlight of my 2nd trimester was definitely the 3-4 straight days of literal physical torture. Severe body pain. Muscle fatigue. My limbs were so hard to move, it felt like I’ve been doing extreme workout for days. The sole of my feet were sensitive to the touch, I could barely walk. My bones and joints were numb and painful– I thought I had arthritis. Literally every time I make a step, the sole of my foot hurts so much. Moreover, I got really bad leg cramps during these months. Every night, the pain in my legs and back would wake me up at night. I also got really terrible, creepy, and violent dreams during this time.

Why I Love Blogging

Blogging helped me explore my individuality. The lifestyle niche is one of the broadest niches in the blogging industry and as a lifestyle blogger myself, I need to find creative ways to set my blog apart from everyone else’s. This is where my individuality comes into place in the content I write. I can stand out in the lifestyle niche by using my vulnerability as a trademark of my blog. People are more likely to come back to my blog when they see me as a friend and not just some random writer on the internet.

Blogging reminds me of my place in this world. Every blog post I put out feels so rewarding. In my tiny corner space on the internet, my blog represents my minute contribution to the world. Through my personal stories, whoever reads my posts can connect to someone and relate to them.

How Blogging Instantly Changed My Life (For the Better) In Just A Year

Blogging helped me not to be afraid of vulnerability. Above all, blogging taught me hard work, confidence, patience, empathy, and a long-lasting source of artistic license. I wouldn’t trade it for anything else. Throughout my journey, I realized that my story matters regardless of where I’m from. I share my personal stories and hope to impact my readers in the best way I can. I’ve taught, encouraged, and helped people believe in themselves, take risks in their lives, and start building a future in their 20’s.

1st Year Blogging: What I’ve Learned as a First-time Lifestyle Blogger

A blogger’s journey to success starts with years of questioning her place in this industry (and that means being overwhelmed most of the time) but still giving it her best. Making it to a full year of part-time blogging while attending college online classes is such a huge achievement for me. Not everyone is disciplined enough to pull off the work it takes to reach one whole year making a name for yourself on the internet. The number of hours dedicated to brainstorming content and optimizing SEO in every blog post is mind-blowing for any newbie blogger. I can’t believe it’s been a year. The thought of celebrating my 1st blogging anniversary gives me a feeling of thrill, hope, and gratitude.

Hardest First 6 Months of Blogging: How to Succeed Gracefully

Being an influencer/blogger/content creator/freelance writer is a novel career path to pursue. It’s a job that only existed recently, and despite its lucrative ways of earning money, is still being frowned upon by many. Producing unique, helpful content for anyone’s disposal is unfortunately branded as NOT a “real, serious, or sustainable form of livelihood.” Having this tarnished reputation and stigma on the blogging industry puts a heavier burden on any blogger as if the entire process isn’t already hard enough. Aside from the struggle of proving the world wrong, the majority of new bloggers quit before six months because they don’t find joy in what they’re doing.
